Open innovation: experience in Aguas Andinas

Abstract
By means of design tools, the water company carried out an open innovation process that sought to develop technological solutions to support its teams field work in the measurement of consumption and the disposal of waste when repairing the water grid. This was done by connecting with research teams from universities and research centers present in Chile, in which those who were chosen would have the possibility of executing the project together with the company.
